Congratulations to AG.CH (JKC) Contact Points Hot Rod and Megumi Nayuki
on their Agility Champion title with the Japan Kennel Club!
Rod finished the Agility Champion title at the Saitama Block JKC agility trial
on February 22nd, 2009.
And Rod got promoted to Level 3! Good luck to Rod and Megumi
on their quest for the Grand AG.CH title in this class.

Congratulations to Robin Elliott and our Imported Elian Nel on the HC title!
Nel finished the HC title at the Border Collie Club of Greater Los Angeles AKC Herding trial on January 25, 2009.

Robin Elliott handled our Imported Elian Nel HXAs HXBs to a win on Sunday, 1/25/2009
at the Border Collie Club of Greater Los Angeles AKC Herding trial.
Robin and Nel also went High In Trial that day.
Nel scored a 95 and in the judges comment section she put b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l . :-)
Nel was entered in only 5 AKC herding trials and in that short time (from late October 2008 to January 2009)
she finished her HXAs, HXBs and HC titles.
She had 2 High in Trial and 3 Reserve High in Trial awards on her way to her championship.

Many thanks to Robin Elliott for her expert training and handling of Nel.

Nel is a 3 year old bitch who Karen imported from the Netherlands (welsh bred)
in August of 2008 along with her 2 pups Tempie and Bean.

Congratulations to MACH Contact Point London Dream and Heather Christenson on their MACH title!
London finished the MACH title at the Rose City Classic on January 16, 2009.

Congratulations to Jodi Lolich & Contact Point Wound Up Tight "Cyclone" on their MACH title!
They earned the title at the DAWG AKC Agility Trial in McKinney, TX. on November 15, 2008.

on finishing their ADCH title in September, 2008
which completed their quest for the Triple Crown of Agility.
The Triple Crown of Agility consists of the ADCH title from USDAA, MACH title from AKC and the NATCH title from NADAC.
It is quite an accomplishment and we're very proud of this team!

Congratulations to Julie Kitelinger and Contact Point's Aftershock aka Quake on their Agility Dog Champion title.
They finished with a jumpers leg at the Bay Team on September 1, 2008.

they represented Puerto Rico at the FCI WC '07 in Norway!

Congrats to Chip Picking and Contact Point Wildest Dreams, "Wish" (Fleet x Mike '03)
on winning the $1500 Dog Agility Challenge in Del Mar on September 29th, 2007.
They had a smokin' run to capture 1st place.
There were about 40 dogs entered and running the preliminary round.
The top 10 got to go to the final and compete for the $1500 prize.
4 CPBC's made the final round: Kate with Quick & Driven, Brent with Blink and Chip with Wish.
Wish had an awesome run came out the winner.

CPBC's in 4 of the 10 spots in the Finals.. Yea!

Congratulations to Olga Chaiko and Contact Point's Rayo de Luz (Spin x Disney '99)
for earning their USDAA Life Time Achievement Award Platinum.
This is the highest award that the USDAA presents to teams. LAA-Platinum award requires 500 masters legs with the minimum of 50 legs in Masters Standard, Jumpers, Snooker and Gamblers each. Luz got his 500 Masters legs all earned at the Championship 26" jump height (whereas Luz is eligible to jump 22", he is only 20.75" tall). Luz is the 16th dog in the history of USDAA to earn this highest level LAA award and may be the youngest.

for earning a finalist spot in 26" Grand Prix at the USDAA SC Regional on September 9, 2007.

Contact Point Thinks Quick & Kate Moureaux are AKC 2006 20" National Champoins!
Congratulations to Kate Moureaux and Quick for winning the 20" AKC Agility National Championships in Tampa Florida. Kate is the youngest AKC Agility Champion ever at 19 years old.

The Championships were taped for Animal Planet and we had a celebration at a local sports bar the night it aired. What a blast!

Big congratulations to Megan Miller and Rival (Sue x Blew) for winning 2 USDAA Grand Prix Qualifiers at 22" in the past 2 months. Her first victory was in January in San Diego, CA and her second victory was in February at West Valley DogSports in Irwindale CA. Way to go Rival and Megan!
